No problem Jim, you can also use the nfc ticket on your phone if you using Google Pay or Apple wallet, handy option just in case you mislay your card or wallet.

No worries mate, I've just downloaded the nfc ticket too and as Piledriver says, simple and done in a few seconds. Club have done a good job on this I think.

Whisper it quietly, mate; some don't like club positives! ;)

Had mine when I got home last night and will sort the nfc out later

Presume sent by email if so you should be able to put on one fone.. but problem you will have is going through turnstile as you be ahead of son but shouldn't be problem. Can always give it a fo at ground on Saturday or simply contact club and ask them?

Log in to the cardiff city app.if you can see the two tickets add them to your phone.
If your son has got a separate account login on your phone and that should do the trick.

Just to clarify, you don't HAVE to download NFC, as the cards will work as normal...

Personally, I have NFC as back up only, as I always prefer the card to anythung internet reliant near the stadium

I noticed that today too. Looks like an upgrade as Pay is now part of Wallet, not a standalone app. No problem though as if you just redownload the NFC ticket from your Bluebirds account, it's there again and not expired. I've just noticed that Pay is not on the Play store now, so Wallet must be the new app. I may email the club as obviously they're not aware of this as Pay was the app they stated for Android and it still says Pay in the Bluebirds app too.

Apologies for needing to ask but I’m not used to a digital ticket (I’m getting on a bit). When I open my IPhone Wallet it prompts me to scan the ticket. Do I need to put my phone into the machine at the turnstiles or just hold it nearby?

Same here. It shows as an expired pass, if you delete and then reload it's fine for a bit but then shows up as expired again. Teething problems after the app awith on the weekend I guess but I've emailed the club so that there aware of the issue.

Mine still hasn't arrived and getting concerned it is lost in the post. Managed to download the Season Card onto the Google wallet last night though. When I click on show details a bar code appears but nothing else so will that work at the turnstiles.
