" I have missed that Cardiff City "

Sat Oct 19, 2024 1:23 pm

This is a Cardiff City we haven't seen in a long time and we've missed it.

When was the last time we won 5-0?? Rotherham in the Warnock days I think.

A brilliant performance and fair play to Riza, got it all spot on.

Just a brilliant day.

Everyone brilliant - especially Rubin and Robertson with Rubin as MOTM.

Just goes to show what can happen when you play your best team... I like Riza and it seems the players are buying into his ideas too. I'm not sure he should get the job, but he's not doing himself any harm. Its not just the result, its the way we played and also wiped out the negative goal difference from the Burnley game - that's almost like an extra point :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Not saying OR should deffo get the job but I wouldn’t be in too much of a rush.

Simply put:
10 yards up field.
Quicker pressing.
Quicker passing.
One touch passing .
Less complication..
Forward thinking .
Less fiddling around in midfield.
Fast flanks .
Desire to win .

Whoosh

It was the Rubin, Tanner, Robertson show that we have been missing all season.

This stand in manager should be allowed more time after this.

I was a bit worried seeing our central midfield 3 today, all the silky players with no bite in there. Chambers still at centre back too which I'm not a fan of...but my word, what a scoreline.

Absolutely fantastic result...well done City and well done Riza!!!

Not quite yet. I am really impressed so far but Tuesday is the key one. We have to win back to back matches and get out of the bottom 3. Riza deserves great credit though for changing the mindset and form of the worst City start in a lifetime. Placing faith in Colwill, Tanner and Robertson is paying off, the rot at the back has also stopped.
